Young MS Public Comment Format
Stakeholders wishing to make comments must sign in prior to the beginning of the meeting between 4:00 pm. – 4:50 pm. A sign-up sheet (10 person maximum) will be posted and an allotted time of 20 minutes will be provided for the Public Comment segment at the beginning of each meeting.
Each community member will be allotted 2 minutes to speak. A Community Feedback Form will also be available for stakeholders to provide comments/concerns to be submitted to the Go Team for summations.
