Public Comment Format

Stakeholders wishing to make comments must sign in prior to beginning of the meeting between 4:30 pm - 5:00 pm.  A sign-up sheet (5 person maximum) will be posted in a designated location inside of the Young Middle School Media Center.  An allotted time of 20 minutes will be provided for the Public Comment Segment at the end of each GO TEAM Meeting.  Community members will be given 4 minutes to speak; a Feedback Form will also be available for stakeholders wishing to provide additional comments/concerns for summation.  Per GO TEAM bylaws, members are not allowed to respond to any comments or questions at this time.  All concerns will be addressed at the next scheduled meeting.
