Core Focus

Ms. Rainey supports students, staff, and families by promoting positive behavior and fostering a safe, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment.
Her role includes:

  • Implementing proactive behavior strategies
  • Providing targeted interventions
  • Supporting students’ social-emotional development
  • Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and support teams
  • Analyzing behavior data and developing intervention plans
  • Coaching staff on evidence-based practices

Through direct student support, Ms. Rainey builds strong relationships, teaches replacement skills, and reinforces positive school expectations.
Although her primary focus is Tier 3 behavior plans, she supports all students who need additional help in the classroom.
